One-for-One Replacement in 10 years

Homeowners using Zeit Gypsum products will benefit from Zeit Gypsum’s 10-year 1-for-1 replacement program. With this program, installers can confidently finish their projects, helping homeowners feel secure and satisfied!

Zeit Gypsum’s “1 for 1 replacement program in 10 years” applies to all Zeit plasterboard products purchased and installed in the period between July 2022 and December 2023, for defects such as peeling, sagging (*), and cracks caused by unintentional incidents in everyday life.

Note:

This program does not apply to: cracks at joints, damage caused by water leaks, intentional damage, damages due to improper construction techniques .

(*) Sagging: over 20% having frame maximum 610mm

Guide:

Step 1: After completing the project, Homeowners access the Zeit Gypsum website, fill in the information according to the instructions.

Step 2: When a problem or a damage is detected, the Homeowners should contact the customer service hotline 028 3535 9295 for a Zeit Gypsum representative to come and check.

Step 3: After confirming the cause and number of Zeit Gypsum boards to be replaced, Zeit’s representative and the Homeowners together agree on a repair date for Zeit Gypsum to bring in the new panels (exclude delivery fee) and reclaim the old panels.

This program is applicable for one project, with one free replacement within 10 years from the date of registration.
